We (Nenda's) have a refund policy for items ordered but not fulfilled/delivered to the customer. To request for a refund, the customer can contact us at email@example.com and we will review your request. Once approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method. If the customer no longer have access to that payment method, the customer needs to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. This refund process takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to the customer.
We will not provide a refund and will not accept a return where you have changed your mind about products purchased and received from Nenda's. We encourage you to share with those in need, in particular the elderly and most vulnerable.

If the customer has an existing order that hasn't been delivered/fulfilled, the customer can reach us at email@example.com 24 hours before their order is to be delivered at the collection hub to exchange to another item. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the request is made within 24 hours before the delivery to the collection hub.
